Our web site was developed by Tim Snoots of Snoots Technology Services LLC using modern web development technologies, standards, and best-practices (XHTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript). As a result, our site loads fast, is accessible, and has a consistent appearance in any modern, standards-compliant web browser on any computer platform. This site has been tested with current versions of the Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Lynx, Internet Explorer 7 and 8 web browsers, and on the Mac, Windows, and Linux platforms.
To enable us to use modern web standards, this site does not specifically support outdated web browsers such as Internet Explorer 6.
Mobile
Our site was developed with the modern mobile web in mind and is optimized for ease-of-use and display on most "smart-phones" with displays of 320 x 480 pixels or better (including iPhone and Android).
Accessibility
Efforts have been taken to make this web site accessible to all users including those with disabilities. We believe that our site conforms to the best practice guidelines of both the W3C-WAI's "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines" and also U.S. "Section 508" Guidelines for accessibility.
